AI Product Manager is a multi-agent orchestration system that transforms rough product ideas into fully structured PRDs.
Using AutoGen’s GroupChat framework, the system coordinates a Strategist, Architect, UX Writer, and PRD Synthesizer — each contributing specialized reasoning to refine the idea, define user stories, draft UX flows, and compile everything into a formatted document.
This project demonstrates expertise in multi-agent collaboration, LLM workflow design, and AI-driven product automation.

Product teams often get stuck in the “fuzzy front-end” — where ideas are unclear, requirements are incomplete, and no structured plan exists to move forward. Writing a PRD from scratch can take hours and often requires multiple roles to collaborate.
